These Terms of Service govern your use of the Web48 website and services. By visiting web48.co or subscribing to any Web48 plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Web48 is a subscription-based web design service operated as a sole trader business in Queensland, Australia. Web48 provides website design, development, hosting, logo design, and ongoing website change management services to small businesses and individuals.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of web48.co.
Web48 offers website design and subscription services as described on the pricing page at web48.co. Full details of what is included in each plan are set out in the Web48 Client Service Agreement, which governs the relationship between Web48 and paying subscribers.
Web48 also provides a Listings Portal platform to eligible subscribers, which allows clients to create, manage, and display property or product listings on their website via an embeddable widget. The listings portal stores listing data (including photos) in Supabase, a cloud database service operated by Supabase Inc. and hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Use of the listings portal constitutes acceptance of the data storage and third-party service terms set out in clause 8 of this agreement.
Web48 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services with 30 days written notice to active subscribers, except where immediate action is required to address a serious breach, illegal activity, or a third-party platform failure outside Web48's control.
