Web48 is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe. Web48 operates in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Who We Are

Web48 is a sole trader web design subscription service based in Queensland, Australia. We operate at web48.co and can be contacted at contact@web48.co.

2. What Information We Collect

From website visitors (web48.co):

Website usage data collected automatically via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, scroll depth, time on site, browser, operating system, device type, referring URL, and approximate location (city/country). IP addresses are anonymised by Google before storage. This data does not identify you personally.
IP address and browser information is sent to Google when fonts are loaded via Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) on every page load. No cookies are set by Google Fonts.

From prospective and active clients:

Name, email, and business information submitted via the Web48 client intake form (HTML form submitted directly to Google Sheets)
Business name, website URL, brand assets including logos, images, and colour preferences
Business information provided through the Web48 intake form
Trademark information and intellectual property details voluntarily disclosed in the intake form
Booking details including name, email, and meeting preferences when scheduling a call via Cal.com
Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe. Web48 does not see or store your full card details.

From listings portal clients and users:

Email address and password for portal account login, stored securely via Supabase Auth
