Web3 BD

We are hiring a Web3 BD to drive partnerships with Web3 projects, market makers, and ecosystem partners, and to support business growth through effective deal execution.

Responsibilities

1. Own BD outreach and partnership development with Web3 projects, including relationship building, commercial discussions, and deal follow-through.
2. Support partnership scenarios such as market-making collaboration, liquidity-related cooperation, and other growth-oriented business initiatives.
3. Manage the full BD cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and execution.
4. Work closely with internal product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful partnership delivery.
5. Stay updated on Web3 market trends, ecosystem developments, and potential partnership opportunities.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
2. Hands-on BD experience in the Web3 industry, with the ability to independently move partnerships forward.
3. Basic understanding of common Web3 commercial collaboration models, including market-making cooperation.
4. Strong communication skills, good execution, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
5. Candidates with previous BD experience at a market maker or experience at a VC are preferred.
