Songyi, the dreamer, invited her allies to create the decentralized autonomous group - no boss, no hierarchy, just fully self-driven leaders - where each member is respected as who they are with their own autonomy and independent also create the safe working space where benefits of community is valued.

Weave is a collective of purpose-driven professionals.

• It is composed of professionals with backgrounds in various fields, such as startups, marketing, financing, arts & lifestyle.
• It is an organic community that moves and grows together, reaching its goals of solving the problems caused by disconnections between people, organizations and ecosystems.
• It is a decentralized organization of professionals work on the idea of the future of entrepreneurship, collaborative economy, and the new type of organization.

What Weave dose

• We are making sure our member's sustainability by providing services to our partner and clients, and building in-house project that excites us.
• Through the way how we work in/with collective and organization, we are paving the path for the future of work. We help individuals and organizations change the way they innovate through the tools of self-management, the future of entrepreneurship, and new collaboration tools.
• Part of the profits generated from the projects conducted via Weave will be again contributed to the Weave community fund, which, in turn, will be used in various ways, such as seed funding for future projects, collaborative investments, and financial safety net for the community members.
