Following are the issues I am working on:
- By taking up too many things, I ensure that my attention span is in high demand. This is a necessary part of my job, but ironically one of the main issues I face with it.
- In an age where self-promotion and perky extroversion rule the workplace, professionals would describe me as an Introvert manager, which is a weird combination
- Being Disagreeable. It means that I seem a little cranky, and don't welcome every suggestion with open arms. But it also means that I have tough skin, and I will not let others' negative opinions worm their way into my psyche
