Remote work is here to stay. Post-COVID, most companies will be at least partially remote.
In our generation, we want to work at places where we feel personally invested in the vision. We want to feel cared for and understood by our team. Having a great work culture is the most important thing, and this is really hard to do on a remote team. 2020 has shown us that we need more empathy and support from everyone in our lives.
