Daily Structure for the Capable, Creative, and Enduring Human
1. Daily Fuel & Rhythm Log
Reflect on how you’re feeding your mind and body. This is not about numbers—it’s about noticing rhythm, pattern, and impact.
Prompt:
- What did I eat today (roughly)?
- What time did I eat most of my carbs? Most of my protein?
- Did anything I ate noticeably improve or decrease my energy, focus, or digestion?
- Any gut reactions, cravings, or blood sugar dips?
- How did hydration feel today?
2. 10-Day Cycle Entry
Each day, simply journal what happened—movement, mood, soreness, surprise. Log whatever stands out.
Prompt:
- What did I train today? (type, volume, intensity)
- What movement(s) felt strong? What felt off?
- How did I feel emotionally and physically going in and coming out?
- Did I push, adapt, or restrain wisely?
- Any cues, feedback, or lessons worth carrying forward?
