These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WHSPR app and related services (“Services”). By downloading or using WHSPR, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the app under the laws of your country. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. What WHSPR Does

WHSPR is an AI-powered dictation keyboard that converts voice input into text. AI output may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing text before sending or publishing it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WHSPR to:

• break the law
• harass or abuse others
• violate third-party rights
• generate harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• reverse engineer or abuse the service

We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple via the App Store.

5. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and the Provider, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the WHSPR service, maintenance, or support.

To the extent required by Apple:
