Custom Partnerships

Without the infrastructure that exists in traditional "stick and ball" sports, every school is at a different starting point with the programming they can provide to their students. We help schools develop a structured framework to offer their students a competitive, safe, and healthy avenue to experience the benefits team sports have to offer.

Examples below of several core programming components we have rolled out at the high school, collegiate, and amateur level.

Mentor Program

Athletes are paired with a mentor in a structured, goal-oriented environment. Mentors help teach accountability and goal-setting through weekly, one-on-one meetings. Helping young gamers get tangible value out of their time spent playing- focusing on how to apply the skills developed through team esports and forging a path ahead for their next step in life (college, career).

1:1 Personal Training

For athletes looking for supplemental coaching and skills training. Our internal network of coaches have played and coached at all levels from recreational to pro.

Team Coaching

Team development via live, in-game coaching and VOD reviews.

Team Management

Booking scrims, maintaining team schedules, team communications, team progress tracking, and any other administrative task. Our Team Managers keep things moving and are the people players can go to first.

Organized Teamplay

Club teams for both casual and competitive players. Teams play in a 6-8 week long season, followed by a post-season tournament.

Boot Camps

Intensive group training and educational seminars focused on in-game skill development.

High School Combines

Helping connect high school players with collegiate esports programs. College coaches are invited to our private, in-game events (tournaments & showcases) to spectate and interact with our high school members.
