Compensation: ~$6,000 USD/month base. Approximately 4 months of runway committed; continuation is tied to the next funding milestone.

Location: Remote, global.

Shape: Contractor by default. Founding-employee track (with equity, plus antidillusion provisions) open to operators who earn it.

What WEAVE is doing

WEAVE turns expensive software and service categories into free or much cheaper AI-powered workflows, then monetizes the commercial intent that adoption creates — through referrals, marketplaces, lead routing, partner budgets, outcome fees, or other performance-based paths.

A suite of WEAVE products is launching imminently. Your job is to take those products and turn them into repeatable revenue loops — testing pricing, monetization mechanisms, acquisition, and partner economics while preserving the spirit of each product.

If you also have an instinct for the next product or category, that's welcome and we will listen. The core mandate is to operate and monetize what is launching.

The role

You are the first operator owning revenue and growth across the WEAVE product suite.

You will:

• run acquisition tests across the launching products
• design and swap monetization models — referral, affiliate, marketplace take, lead routing, outcome fee, partner budget, ecosystem incentive — without breaking the core product experience
• own funnel, copy, positioning, partner outreach, and conversion measurement
• decide where unit economics work, where they don't, and what to kill
• turn validated loops into a documented playbook the company can scale

This is hands-on work. We want repeatable revenue loops.
