Summary:

Securing WAGMI Studios to continue to bring some of the best illustration, animation, and support talent in web3 to Juiceboxes aid. Ultimately we are investing in WAGMI's unique multi-pronged approach to helping insure that Juicebox has all the cultural and educational tools it needs to succeed as a community, brand, and protocol.

Risks:

The risks are not respecting the ETH. Over-payment for a service someone else could do better for less.
