For important decisions, such as investing, nominations, and others, Angels will use the AW tools [see technology].
To validate every voting process, AW needs to count with at least 20% of votes.
The only exception is the pre-selection vote where any number of votes count for the final result.
The voting will have different durations depending on the type of vote.
Each Angel has a specific number of votes, according to the amount he invested in AW.
Angels with more than 1 vote cannot divide their voting power.
Angels cannot change their vote after voting.
When voting, Angels can, and are advised, to write a comment about their reasons to vote "YES" or "NO".
All Angels are invited to be part of the investment voting. They’ll decide in each stage if the startup goes further or gets rejected.
The voting stages are described on the investment process page:
Each invested startup has a dedicated Support Team. Angels are invited to apply accordingly to their skills, mentorship, or network. The goal is to add value.
The Angel's vote will define the Angels Representative, which will integrate the Support Team.
