If you’re eligible for a refund on your volunteer bond after one of our events, follow the steps below to receive your bond money back. This option will become available once we finalise admin work for the festival - you’ll be notified via email once bonds are available for refund.

1. Navigate to your Rosterfy Dashboard, and then to your Volunteer Role Offer.
2. If you’re eligible for a bond refund, you’ll see a button on the right hand side of your role offer that says ‘Refund Bond?’. Select this button, and then click on the dropdown option that appears.
3. On the pop up window, ensure that ‘Full’ is selected and then click ‘Withdraw’. Your bond will be automatically processed with no further action required!

Your bond will be refunded to the same card you used to pay your bond. Refunds usually appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be finalised.
