By downloading, installing, or using the VoiceQ mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
VoiceQ is a voice memo application that: • Records audio voice memos • Transcribes audio to text using AI • Extracts questions and action items from transcriptions • Allows you to track and manage extracted questions
SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Free Plan • 5 memos per month • Maximum 2 minutes per recording
Pro Plan ($4.99/month) • 50 memos per month • Maximum 10 minutes per recording
Power Plan ($9.99/month) • Unlimited memos • Maximum 30 minutes per recording
Subscription Terms • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store. • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
ACCOUNT DELETION
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by:
This will permanently delete all your memos, questions, and usage data from your device.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to use VoiceQ to: • Record conversations without the consent of all parties (where required by law) • Process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on the rights of others

Our Rights The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by VoiceQ and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
