VitalFour ("the App") is a health tracking application that helps you monitor daily protein intake, hydration, vegetables, and exercise. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how your data is handled.

What Data We Collect

VitalFour collects and stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Health metrics: Daily protein (g), hydration (ml), vegetables (g), and exercise (minutes)
• User settings: Body weight (for calculating targets), notification preferences, theme preference
• Progress data: Historical tracking data, streaks, achievements, XP, and badges

How Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored locally on your device. VitalFour does not transmit your personal health data to any external servers. Your data remains entirely under your control.

• Data is stored using Apple's SwiftData framework
• Data may be included in your iCloud backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device
• No account creation is required

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal identification information
• We do not use analytics or tracking services
