Visual Effects
Stylish Action HUD includes a powerful visual effects system that changes portrait appearance based on actor status. This guide covers how to configure status effects, overlays, and animations.
Overview
Visual effects can modify how actor portraits appear based on:
- Active conditions (dead, unconscious, prone, etc.)
- Static styling (always-on effects per actor)
Effects include:
- CSS Filters (grayscale, brightness, blur, etc.)
- Overlay images (icons, frames, patterns)
- Tint colors (color wash over portrait)
- Animations (pulse, shake, glow effects)
