Nitesh Pathak Design | Bangalore (preferred) or Remote | Contract to Full-time
I'm looking for a visual designer who can move fast without compromising on quality. You'll work on app store assets, UI screens, and graphics that actually convert for Shopify apps.
This is a contract role to start, with the potential to convert to full-time if things work out.
I'm Nitesh, a designer with 11+ years of experience across D2C, e-commerce, food delivery, mental health, and SaaS. I've been working solo so far, and things have been great. But the projects are growing, the work is increasing, and I need someone to share the load with - someone who can grow with me and the scale of work we're getting now.
I'm hands-on with the work, which means if you're stuck, I can unblock you and guide you out of it. You won't be left figuring things out alone.
What you should know:
This isn't a regular 9-5 job. Think of it more like a startup within a startup. There will be pressure. There will be days where you'll need to put in extra hours (I'll try to keep this minimal), and there will be easy-going days too. You'll have ownership, you'll work on live projects with live clients, and you'll see the direct impact of what you design.
If you have your own ideas or side projects, I'm all in to help bring them to life.
How we work:
Work hard, play harder. Quality over speed. We iterate heavily and put the client first. Be practical, but remember - we're here to help clients achieve their goals, not push our personal biases on them.
What I'm looking for:
Someone who's in this for the long run. Not someone job-hopping every 6 months. If you're looking for steady, predictable, corporate work - this isn't it. But if you want a steep growth curve, real client work, and the chance to build something together - let's talk.
