We are “Product Engineering”

People often misunderstand CAW Studios, thinking we are an IT Services company. However, there is a difference between IT services and Product Engineering Companies like ours.

• Scale of users. We have to consider that millions of people will use the same things. So, how can I scale it? A whole plethora of problems come up when you scale, such as performance & stability, which are rare when you are making IT software.
• Creativity. Product companies are for those left-brained individuals who think they can do something different to change the world. They are not scared to go against behemoths in their field because they can add more value to the customer/user.
• User empathy. Rather than being told what to do, you must understand what the customer and user want from your product manager and the market. Multiplied by scale, you must think of thousands of user profiles and build a persona in your head. Once you have understood the purpose, you will ensure the feature you built solves the purpose with the correct user experience, as the UX designer thought.
• Ownership. Every product engineer is free to voice his/her opinions and ideas. But with great power comes greater responsibility and ownership of the decision, whether good or bad. It gives a great sense of pride to provide the final user with the delight of solving their problem with something you built. It is equivalent to feeding an entire army of people without knowing their names but still knowing they will be satisfied.
