1. Vision

Build a Floating City of Curious Humans who enjoys Sharing in the Far East

2. Hypothesis

The world will be divided into

and the slice of population of who have both agency and mobility will be on an eternal pilgrimage to find others alike. IRL Sense of belonging will only increase in rarity.

3. Roadmap

1. Popup Community in rural Asia (2026-30)
1. Deep Local
2. Deep Nature
2. Tax / Real Estate Agency in Seoul (2027-30)
1. Open a Real Estate Agency(공인중개사) targeting remote workers only
2. Partner w Gen’s friend who is a tax agent(세무사)
3. Dependencies
1. Gen passes the RE exam in 2026Q4
2. the tax agent currently cannot work for hire. Willing to work pro-bono for some years.
1. need to find a way to leverage the pro-bono window and build momentum for the agency
3. Coworking Community in the cities (2028-30)
1. Good accessibility, more mainstream (freelancers/travelers)
2. Funnel for both the popup & village to come
3. Real Estate / Tax Agency can share the office in the coworking space
4. Coliving in an Onchain Village/City (2030-35)
1. The city must own itself via city trust (or similar structure)
2. Initial financing can be done via crowdfunding of the citizens
3. The city does not have to be onchain if the legal/social framework is not mature yet in 2030, but it has to be sufficiently decentralized/distributed in power & finance

4. Why Rural Korea & Japan?

1. What does Korea have to offer?
1. hypothesis) K-whatever is here to stay for the next decade
2. the miracle of the Han river - started from the bottom now we here. Global Majority interested in learning this
3. good city infrastructure. safe, clean, functioning gov
4. smart, hard working people..? 끈끈함(잔정) 만들 줄 아는 사람들..?
5. need to verify: is Korea really an attractive place for the mobile professionals? Is xenophobia really an opportunity?
2. Japan?
1. Strong local communities, young coworking/coliving founders in small towns
2. Orientalism. Fantasy land for the westerners
3. Why rural?
1. Rural is the new luxury
1. disconnect, unplug, silence → only way to find signal in this sloppy world
2. deep nature, deep focus
2. Currently undervalued. Good arbitrage
1. City people around me, finance, medical, tech, want to leave the city. but don’t. why not? what is the opportunity here?
4. Why is Far East of Eden in a good position to leverage that?
1. Those interested in Korean & Japanese culture have visited the lands but failed to ‘walk in’ to the society. Gaijins need formal invitation into the homogenous society
2. Fluency in all languages. Nomadism, Korean, and Japanese…coming soon.
