Welcome to Vision Board! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vision Board mobile application ("App") operated by Vision Board ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

2. You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
3. You are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

Account and User Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

1. Content You Create
   • All vision boards, images, text, and other content you create
   • Ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
   • Backing up your important data
2. Device Security
   • Maintaining the security of your device
   • Protecting access to the App on your device
3. Appropriate Use
   • Using the App only for lawful purposes
   • Not attempting to reverse engineer or modify the App
   • Not using the App to harm others

Prohibited Activities
