  1. DNA (or) RNA
  2. +ve sense icosahedral (or) -ve sense helical
  3. naked (or) enveloped

Non-enveloped RNA virus

Non-enveloped DNA virus

Ether and other organic solvents dissolve the lipid  bilayer that makes up the outer viral envelope.

Loss of infectivity after ether exposure is a characteristic  feature of enveloped viruses.
