I’m looking for a thoughtful, reliable PA for roughly 2 hrs per week to help support the operational parts of my life.
Ultimately, the purpose of this role is to expand my bandwidth for higher-leverage work. By entrusting someone with logistical and operational responsibilities, I’m able to focus more fully on writing, reflection, and setting intentional stepping stones for my future—both personally and professionally.
I want this to be mutually beneficial. Of course, there will be mundane tasks, but ultimately, you’ll be a systems partner, not just a task completer.
I’m early in my career, but doing well as a Generative AI Solutions Architect at Google. I’ve thought and read a lot on how to be effective and how to ask the right questions for the tasks at hand.
As you take on more ownership, you’ll gain first hand experience executing effectively and designs robust systems. Likely, this will involve learning how to leverage AI tools as well. And at it’s best stride, you’ll learn to build and code with these tools yourself.
