Knife Skills I is an introductory cooking evening focused on building comfort, safety, and confidence with a kitchen knife. The emphasis is not on speed or perfection, but on understanding the basics and feeling steady and in control while cooking.

During the evening, we’ll work with essential knife skills used in everyday cooking, including safe handling, basic cutting techniques, and setting up a stable, comfortable workspace. Guidance is gentle and step-by-step, with space to pause, repeat, and ask questions. There is no pressure to perform or move quickly.
