Developed Video Game Market Planning to organize and strategize the development lifecycle of a videogame, prioritizing tasks, features, and project phases. My focus was on structuring information clearly to facilitate data-driven decision-making and progress tracking. I implemented data organization using Python and CSV/Excel files, applying data structures to represent tasks, priorities, and dependencies. The tools utilized include Python, tabular data management, and Git/GitHub for version control. As a result, I learned to transform a creative process into an organized and reproducible system, enhancing my skills in technical planning, documentation, and communication through clear READMEs and descriptive commits.
