Documenting the Hackathon Journey
Help us tell the story of the Hack for the Environment! Your clips will be used to create a crowdsourced highlight reel of the hackathon — showcasing the energy, creativity, and collaboration that defined the experience.
✅ What to Film
We want to capture the full journey. Try to record short clips of:
- Before the hackathon: Team introductions, brainstorming sessions, setting up your space.
- During the hackathon: Group discussions, coding moments, design boards, prototyping, funny or surprising moments.
- Masterclasses or mentoring: Reactions to talks or key advice.
- Final days: Presentations, celebrations, feedback, emotional highs/lows.
- Behind-the-scenes: Breaks, team bonding, snacks, or anything fun!
🎞️ Video Format & Technical Requirements
- Orientation: Horizontal (landscape).
- Duration per clip: 10–30 seconds max. Multiple clips welcome!
- Resolution: 1080p (HD) or higher if possible.
- Lighting: Well-lit spaces. Avoid backlighting.
- Audio: Try to minimize background noise. No need for long narration — short phrases are great!
