This Privacy Policy describes how Vero Labs ("the app", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use it on your iPhone. Vero Labs is an offline, on-device app: it has no servers, no accounts, and never transmits your data anywhere.

1. The Short Version

• We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information, Health data, or usage data off your device.
• We have no servers, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and no business partners.
• The app reads data from Apple Health on your device, computes scores locally, and stores those scores on the same device.
• Deleting the app permanently removes everything Vero Labs has stored.

2. Apple Health Data

Vero Labs uses Apple's HealthKit framework to read the following data types from the Apple Health database on your iPhone:

• Heart rate variability (HRV, SDNN)
• Resting heart rate
• Heart rate samples
• Respiratory rate
• Blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂)
• Active energy burned
• Basal energy burned
• Date of birth (used solely to estimate maximum heart rate via 220 − age)
