Moodring LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Vera mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Data you provide:

• Search queries for restaurants and menu items
• Favorited menu items stored locally on your device

Data collected automatically:

• Anonymous usage analytics (e.g., app opens, feature usage)
• Device type and operating system version
• Crash reports

Data Storage

Vera stores your favorites and preferences locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not maintain user accounts, and we do not store your personal data on external servers.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• FatSecret Platform API — to retrieve nutritional information for restaurant menu items. Your search queries are sent to FatSecret's servers to return results. FatSecret's privacy policy is available at https://www.fatsecret.com/privacy-policy.
• RevenueCat — to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous transaction identifiers. Their privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Apple App Store — subscription purchases are processed through Apple. Apple's privacy policy is available at https://www.apple.com/privacy.

Subscriptions

Vera offers an optional premium subscription ("Vera Premium") available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
