Vera is a premium ecosystem that bridges the gap between physical hardware and digital liquidity. By using NFC-based "Digital Passports," Vera eliminates the "Trust Gap" in second-hand markets, allowing users to verify, value, and sell high-end tech as easily as a UPI transaction.

Problem

The secondary market for premium tech is "frozen" by three types of friction:

• The Authenticity Gap: Buyers fear fakes; sellers struggle to prove "original" status.
• Pricing Blindness: Users don't know the global value of their device, only local "low-ball" offers.
• The Safety Tax: Physical handovers in high-density cities (like Mumbai/Delhi) are high-anxiety and unverified.

I moved away from the "Marketplace" mental model (like OLX/eBay) and toward a "Concierge/Banking" model.

• Phase 1 (Hardware-to-Digital): How do we verify an item in 2 seconds? (Solution: NFC Tap).
• Phase 2 (Market Intelligence): How do we show value? (Solution: Global Liquidity Map).
