The Partnerships Person is Studio WIP’s bridge to the world nurturing the flow of ventures, funders, and collaborators that fuel our impact engine. You’ll manage the portfolio of startups, structure sprint funding, and build relationships that expand the studio’s reach. Every connection you create brings new ideas, knowledge and capital into WIP’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Development: Build and nurture relationships with investors, accelerators, foundations, and corporate partners aligned with WIP’s mission.
• Venture Pipeline Management: Scout, evaluate, and onboard startups into the studio’s sprint program; align them with funding opportunities.
• Fundraising & Partnership Structuring: Design and negotiate collaborative programs, grants, or co-funded sprint structures.
• Investor Relations: Maintain funder communication, impact updates, and reports; ensure visibility into studio performance.
• Talent & Expert Network: Identify and onboard advisors, domain experts, and venture partners into the WIP ecosystem.
• Financial Oversight: Track sprint budgets, fund allocations, and contracts in coordination with Operations.
• Knowledge Circulation: Share insights and outcomes from sprints with external networks; organize showcases and updates that translate studio learning into ecosystem influence.
