We’re looking for an Innovation Partner who can turn bold ideas into validated ventures, designing and running sprints that create measurable impact and reusable knowledge for the studio.
If you love building what doesn’t exist yet, let’s talk.
At Studio WIP, innovation isn’t a department, it’s a discipline. The Innovation Partner will lead the ideation, design and execution of sprints that turn complex challenges of startups into validation and impact. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, design and venture-building, thereby shaping the studio’s most experimental work and turning every sprint into new learning for the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Sprint Design & Facilitation: Craft and lead sprints with founders or partners to validate core assumptions, prototype solutions, and create an impactful penetration.
- Experimentation & Validation: Translate complex ideas into testable hypotheses; design pilot experiments; synthesize outcomes into learnings.
- Framework & IP Development: Convert sprint learnings into reusable tools, playbooks, and frameworks that can be applied across ventures.
- Impact Tracking: Use the BTS Framework to measure and document behavioral impact of each sprint.
- Founder Enablement: Mentor founders on problem reframing, validation design, and reflection practices that drive growth and impact.
- Narrative & Knowledge Capture: Create concise “sprint stories” that explain what was tested, what was learned, and what changed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Partnerships roles to ensure sprints align with studio resources, partners, and capital flow.
You’ll Thrive If You
- Are a systems thinker who enjoys turning ambiguity into structure.
- Have deep curiosity about how technology, design, business, and science intersect.
- Are comfortable working across multiple domains, from mental health to clean energy.
- Thrive on experimentation, iteration, and learning in public.
- Are able to connect the dots between a sprint’s micro-learning and its systemic implications.
