To ensure all vendor orders are placed on time and received in the correct location. This SOP serves as a quick-reference guide for order cutoffs, delivery days, and receiving expectations for all Waverly Stone vendors.

Scope

All managers responsible for ordering, receiving, and inventory management.

1. Food & Kitchen Supply Vendors

Sysco

Order Deadlines:

Delivery Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Receiving Location: Downstairs food receiving area

DeBoer’s Bakery

Order Due: Saturday by 1 PM (for Tuesday delivery)

Delivery: Daily, except Monday (closed)

Receiving Location: Downstairs receiving area

Fortune Fish

Order Due: 9 PM the day prior

Delivery: Monday–Saturday

Receiving Location: Downstairs food receiving

GFS Express

(Delivery frequency may vary; set weekly by GM or KM.)

Order Due: Determined weekly by GM/KM

Delivery: As scheduled

Receiving Location: Top of basement stairs

2. Wine, Beer, Spirits, & Beverage Vendors

All beverage deliveries are received downstairs by the keg cooler / liquor storage area, then stored in the appropriate alcohol storage location.

Woodberry Wine

Order Due: Wednesday by 4 PM

Delivery: Thursday

Alliance Beverage

Order Due: Wednesday by 5 PM

Delivery: Friday
