- 2 eggplants
- 400g red kidney beans
- 1 can crushed tomato
- 2 Onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 branches parsley
- Parmesan
- 70g butter
- 70g flour
- 1L milk
- pinch of nutmeg
- Olive oil

- Cut eggplants in 1cm slices. Sweat them.
