This dish is easy to make for one of your busy days without having to compromise on the nutrition. I have made it without any additional veggies, but you can go ahead and feel free to add potatoes, peas or even eggplant to it!
Soak the soya granules in salted warm water until they absorb it and become soft.
Heat up the cooking pot with some oil and add the masalas. Let them cook until you smell the flavours releasing.
Blend the onion & tomato into a paste (You can add a little water to manage the consistency.)
Once the masalas are cooked well, add the onion-tomato paste and ginger-garlic paste.
Cook until you see some of the water being evaporated. Add the cumin powder, red chilli powder, meat masala and salt here. Let it cook further for 5 mins.
Add the soya granules once the masalas are ready and cook for another 10 mins. Cover the pot and let it rest for 5 minutes once you believe it is cooked.
Serve with bread or roti!
Add any flavours you like and tell me how you experimented. I would love to try out! Enjoy! Let me know how you liked it 😄
