Over the past six years (2016-2022), the astrology library has significantly improved its previously relatively spartan holdings of Vedic astrology books and those of relevance to the practice and traditions of astrology in India. At the latest count (October 21st, 2022), it now has just over 570 edition-volumes of Vedic and Indian astrology books and academic reference works, excluding journals. They are alphabetically listed here in simplified form for easy reference, without details of binding or condition.
Some primarily Western books that include substantial sections on Vedic astrology to the point of this being mentioned in their extended titles are also listed here: notably Sepharial’s New Manual of Astrology. Indian editions of a handful of books by British authors have further been included to illustrate the cross-cultural influence of certain British authors of the 20th century, chiefly Alan Leo and W. J. Tucker.
