We believe that 80 percent of your outputs tends to come from only 20 percent of our inputs. Focus on the vital few and do them extremely well.

We can mess up a product and rebuild it. A competitor can steal our idea and implement it. But our people are irreplaceable.

Whatever you do, put some heart and soul into it. e.g. Does this feature/action/gesture contribute to making the user/customer/coworker feel something great? If not, it's probably not needed.

We believe authenticity is the key component in building soulful craft. We cherish authenticity and being different. No matter who you are and what you represent you'll never be discriminated here.

Love more, Fear less.

Am I making this decision because I am afraid of something? Or am I making this decision because I love myself, my team, and the customers we serve. Often fear limits who you can become, and we feel pressure to do, act, or behave a certain way.

Free yourself of that pressure. Don't be afraid to step outside of the narrative.

There is more to life than work.

Life is short. Spend time with your family. Great work is a byproduct of a balanced life and feeling good.
