Background

• 4th child of the von Hahn (1st – Helena, 2nd – Vera, 3rd – Leonid)
• graduated from Bestuzhev’s Department of Law in 1886 (ignore historical accuracy, Law Dept. was established in 1906)
• drafted into the Navy as a special diplomat in assisting the Bulgarian Crisis (1885–88), she assisted Major Danali Nikolaev from the armed forces and helped Captain-Commodore Theodor Anjou (fictional) in helping Georgi Stranski in defending against the Ottoman intervention.
• After the campaign ended, she received promotion into Captain-Commodore and as she didn't use von Hahn in her name while in the navy, she is Captain Valeriya Agrafena.

Personal Info

Story

• Not long after her promotion, she started working as the strategist to a few small campaign and had good rep within the navy as she helped the navy people (seaman/officer alike), not long after she immediately requested retirement as she wanted to continue to pursue education and requested for Vice Admiral Theodor Anjou to let her continue her studies in Great Britain.
• Vice Admiral Theodor Anjou let her study in Great Britain with few terms:
  1. She will be assisting Admiral Robert Enqvist under the request of the Ambassador Egor Egorovich Staal
  2. She will be assisting for 2 years after her arrival in Great Britain
• She arrived in 1889
• She took William in and brought him to Oxford as her residence in the UK was near her college
• she was admitted in the Lady Margaret Hall College registered in Psychology and Philosophy
• she was gifted a house as a part of the gift of her services, the house was medium in size but it could accommodate 2-3 people as it had 2 rooms, with a bathroom in each, a kitchen, a dining room, and a small space as a living room
• Valeriya took care of William in the end, but let him do as he please
• This was after William and Sherlock came back to England
• at the beginning of their co-living, Valeriya and William were somewhat awkward with each other
• but William was fascinated by Valeriya's story and ends up somewhat enamored with her
• as she was described as 'selfless' in taking care of him
• when she heard about that from William she was mad since she believes it's not because she is selfless but she just wants both of them to live well
