We offer every team member 30 days or the minimum as per their local regulations, whichever is greater, of paid leave.

Ideally, you take time off regularly throughout the year, instead of taking only a few long chunks. That way, you get to recharge more frequently.

As both common sense and our core values of quality and accountability suggest, your holiday plans (or lack thereof) should not put our operation at risk. That’s why we ask you to follow these simple rules:

  1. Discuss your plans with your teammates before taking time off, especially before booking any trips.
  2. You’ll need management approval for taking more than 2 continuous weeks off.
  3. Give us as many workdays notice as you’d like to take off. For example, if you’d like to take 10 days off, please announce it at least 10 workdays in advance. Simply add your planned holiday time to the “Events” calendar with the title “Vacation «NAME»”. It’ll automatically get recorded and announced in our company chat.

Finally, please make sure to get your mind off work as much as possible. Enjoy your holidays!
