Hype Me is headquartered in Warsaw, but we have gathered creators not only from Poland but also from Italy, the Philippines, and Russia.

Our mission is to support creators in building strong relationships with the audience and help them monetize their individuality.

What You Will Do 🚀

• Co-create expansion strategy for the product
• Execution of the strategy according to the framework
• Create a roadmap for expansion and set-up KPIs & OKRs for the team
• Lead team of the Country Managers and Talent Managers
• Deliver growth ideas
• Present updates directly to investors and advisors
• Lead the recruiting process for the team

What You Will Need 💪

• 3-5 years experience in C-Level role or Biz Dev area
• Proven track record in delivering business KPIs from a top-notch digital company
• Experience in working in the high-growth environment
• Perfect at least two foreign language
