It is an absurdly ambitious mission — we are aiming to alter the course of human civilization. To achieve it, we will need to reach a minimum of 1% of the world’s 1 billion kids in our age range (7 to 14).
As our first VP of Growth, your job will be to work directly with me, the cofounder & ceo (more about me), to build the growth team and culture to give us the highest possible chance of reaching sufficient scale to achieve the mission.
The person I'm looking for is a "creative hacker scientist." Creative to come up with novel ideas, a hacker in the sense that you're looking for high leverage "shortcuts", and a scientist because you believe in taking pains to avoid fooling yourself.
Prefer if you've worked on or led a world class growth team before, but not an absolute requirement. Rigorous thinking, experimental mindset, drive to create outlier success, and interest in growth as a discipline are the most important traits.
