We're looking for 👀

You'll have a background in talent and be looking to take on a new challenge, transitioning into a sales-focused role. You're excited by the prospect of working in a small team with a flat hierarchy, in a varied, hands-on commercial position.

In this role you'll own the customer journey from sales to onboarding, providing and executing scalable strategies.

If you’re a self-starter and love the challenge of managing projects from A to Z - we want to hear from you. This is a strategic role, in which you’ll work closely with every member of Zinc in a customer-first company.

Your day to day 🗓

• Pick up, run and improve (maybe tear up) the Zinc sales playbook.
• Execute the sales process, delivering demos and working closely with customers everyday.
• Immerse yourself in the customer journey; identify with and incorporate Zinc's tone of voice.
• Speaking & selling to talent acquisition leaders within fast growing companies
• Own the business development process, from end-to-end.
• Speaking experience is a plus - we host in person & virtual events
• Work closely with founders on projects to refine and iterate and implement new ideas.
• Take an active role in helping define and communicating Zinc’s values and mission.
