The VIP program is our way of thanking our longest-term and most dedicated customers.
VIP Benefits
Those who are accepted into the VIP program get certain benefits. While the first tier of benefits is standardized for all of our Dedicated Server and Colocation services, we offer additional tiers of savings and perks decided on a per-account basis. When deciding on additional savings beyond what is listed below, we take account size, payment history, support load, and future potential into account.
- $10/month off any new Dedicated Server or Single Server Colocation
- $50/month off any new Full Rack Colocation
- Reduced IPv4 Cost ($1/IPv4/month)
- Exclusive Discord Rank and Private Channels
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for our VIP program, you must meet ALL of the following criteria.
- Have at least five (5) active services OR at least one (1) full rack colocation service
- Have active services for at least three (3) consecutive months
- Formally apply for the VIP program through a client area ticket
Limitations
There are certain limitations to the VIP program's benefits.
- You cannot replace an existing service with a new, discounted VIP service.
- The VIP discount cannot be retroactively applied to your pre-VIP servers or colocation services.
