  1. Starting thumbs up, extend your flag out as you push it up straight in front of you.
  2. Flag is fully perpendicular to your body and your right hand has slid down a little more than halfway down the pole.
  3. Flag is now pointing away from you and is as flat as possible, it should not be touching your feet, it should remain parallel above your body.
  4. Just like the exercise, come into a v-up, with your legs straight and as high as you can ge them without losing the v shape. Your back and head have up off the floor as well and is leaning back slightly. You flag has moved to be fully straight and pointing up.
  5. Legs come down and you are now sitting with your back straight and your right hand slides back up to the tape.

6-7 Sweep your silk flat in front of you left to right, while your pole moves behind your back.

8 Flag has fully come to a stop behind you and your left hand grabs the bottom pole cap.
