- Starting thumbs up, extend your flag out as you push it up straight in front of you.
- Flag is fully perpendicular to your body and your right hand has slid down a little more than halfway down the pole.
- Flag is now pointing away from you and is as flat as possible, it should not be touching your feet, it should remain parallel above your body.
- Just like the exercise, come into a v-up, with your legs straight and as high as you can ge them without losing the v shape. Your back and head have up off the floor as well and is leaning back slightly. You flag has moved to be fully straight and pointing up.
- Legs come down and you are now sitting with your back straight and your right hand slides back up to the tape.
6-7 Sweep your silk flat in front of you left to right, while your pole moves behind your back.
8 Flag has fully come to a stop behind you and your left hand grabs the bottom pole cap.
