Subscribe to your teammates calendar so you can see when they have time blocked out.

Always schedule/edit events directly in Google calendar. Use a descriptive name and include a rough agenda if you can.

If you're not sure of someone's availability, just send an invite. They can decline if they want.
If you are declining a meeting, always propose a new time or reach out to the person who scheduled it and try to find a slot that works for everyone.

If you want to move a meeting, just move the calendar event. No need to reach out via other channels (unless the meeting is in the next hour or so).
When you need to cancel a meeting, delete/decline it and choose Delete and update guests so everyone knows you can't attend.
Turn on secondary time zones.
We often use UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) in our communication, so we suggest you set that as your secondary time zone to help you visualise it.

Turn on the world clock for your teammate's timezones.
This is a great way to have visibility of the current time of your teammates. You can add a many time zones as you’d like, but we suggest to pick the ones that you commonly need to reference.
