Use Klaviyo Lists and Segments to power your WhatsApp campaigns in charles.

1. In Klaviyo, go to Audience > Lists & segments > Create List /Segment and build your segment. For more details, click here
2. In charles, go to Settings > Connected apps > Klaviyo > Settings. A pop-up will appear
3. Under the Actions tab, select Sync contact lists and segments to start importing

1. Refresh the page and open the Klaviyo pop-up again
2. Select Manage List Data Import tab
3. Here, toggle on which list or segment you want to use within charles:
4. To start syncing, select Sync contacts

<aside> 🚨 Due to a rate limit set by Klaviyo, it could take some time to import all contacts. We recommend checking back after 30 minutes.

<aside> 🚨 Once the Status is toggled on, the list or segment will automatically sync every night. Otherwise, it can be synced manually like Step 7.

When it comes time to send your campaign in charles;

1. Select the relevant segment or list from Klaviyo on the Target audience page of Campaigns:
