First, Create a New workflow for Pdf Form Filling.
Create an Agent to read files from the file system. Choose the "File System" tool from the Tools menu. Set it to the Read Action.
Create another Agent to fill out PDF forms. Select the input source as previousAgent. Choose the “PDF Form Fill” tool from the options.
Navigate to the chat interface. Here, upload the files containing the content you want to fill in your PDF form. Ensure that the content is organized to correspond with the fields in your PDF.
You can upload files directly from the default chat, or you can also use data files from the Brains to provide the necessary content for filling the form.
Step 3: Trigger the PDF Workflow
To trigger your workflow, enter the command @workflowName in the chat text area, replacing "workflowName" with the name of your saved workflow. For example, type @Fill PDF Form.
