DateView offers two different views of orders - by Product and by Order.
To start, select a date range from the date picker. There are shortcuts to select this week and next week as defaults. To select a single date, just select that date as the start and end of the range.
Once dates are selected, any orders which have a date selected in checkout falling in that range will be shown in the table.
Order quantities are grouped by product, with variants broken down underneath the products.
You can directly link to all orders containing any variant, and the size panel will offer links to view all orders present in the table.

Due to URL limitations, the All Orders links will be split into batches of 50 if there are more than 50 orders in your selected range.

This behaves similarly to viewing order by Product.
Orders are grouped by date first, then by order, with products and variants listed as by Product. The right side panel lists the total number of orders in view. Click on the eye icon to navigate directly to any order in the table.
