💡 Scenario 1: Your friend Zora is taking an introduction to computer science course and needs to research famous computer programmers. She is using Mac OS, which is new to her and she does not know what application to start with.

✏️ What advice would you give Zora?

💡 Scenario 2: Sam has an English paper due in two weeks, and the professor said to write the paper using "any word processing program you want" and submit the paper, with citations, to the course web page (what these lessons call the higher education course management system or HE-CMS). Sam has a laptop, but isn't sure what a word processing program or citations are, or how to "submit a paper" to a web page.

✏️ What advice can you give Sam as it relates to software applications? [Remember this scenario from Lesson 1: we're going to finally help Sam!]

💡 Scenario 3: Your friend Mabel knows how to use computers to mix music, but has always kept all her files on her computer. Mabel is taking classes at two different colleges this semester and is worried about losing tracking of assignments.

✏️ What advice would you give her on how to organize her files for her assignments?
