1. On the settings page, select your favorite AI Vendor (Open AI, Claude or Gemini)

1. Grab an API Key from your favorite platform, paste it in the AI API Key field and click “Save”

1. Define the basic prompt instructions that will be sent to AI when creating a new ticket draft

1. Now, whenever you click “create ticket” on a Crisp conversation, your favorite AI will read the conversation and generate a summary and a description for you

1. You can change the prompt and click regenerate at any time to generate a new description
