1) Unified Grant Search with Filters & Natural-Language Query

User Story Description

As a district grant director/writer, I want one place to search across all grant sources with filters and natural-language query, so that I can quickly find relevant, current opportunities without hopping between sites.

Additional Detail

Aggregate a seeded catalog (federal/state/foundation) for MVP. Support keyword and simple NLQ (e.g., “K-3 literacy grants in MA over $50k due this month”).

Acceptance Criteria

• Given I enter a query (keywords or NLQ), when I search, then I see a ranked list of grants with title, funder, deadline, amount snippet.
• Given I set filters (recency, amount range, geography/state, applicant type/LEA), when I apply, then results update and filter chips show.
• Given no results, show a helpful empty state with tips.
