Article 1: General Provisions

Welcome to Muxi Wallpaper (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "we"). The App is developed and operated by [Sea Water] (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer").

Before using the App, please carefully read all the terms of this Agreement. By downloading, installing, registering, or using the App, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please immediately stop using and uninstall the App.

Article 2: Service Description

2.1 Core Functions

The App provides the following services:

• AI Smart Wallpaper Generation: Users select themes, tones, styles, etc., and an AI model generates personalized mobile wallpapers.
• Community Feed: Users can browse, share, like, and download wallpapers publicly shared by other users.
• “Make Similar” Feature: Users can generate personalized works with a similar style based on wallpapers in the community.
• DIY Customization: Users can add personal descriptive prompts to create unique works based on system options.

2.2 Nature of Service

The AI generation functions provided by the App rely on third-party AI image generation technology services (the App may change the underlying AI image generation service provider based on service quality and cost considerations). The results are subject to the limitations of the AI models, and the Developer does not guarantee any specific style, quality, or accuracy of the generated results.

2.3 AI-Generated Content Identification

All wallpaper images generated by the App are created by AI technology. When using generated content in scenarios that may cause public confusion, you are obligated to appropriately mark such content as AI-generated. The App may embed AI generation identifiers in the metadata of generated images.
